Ep Never fails. Or does it?

Heres a great example of a drop that I had expected to get from a kill. First off he was a target. Second, I was 74 ep! I was pretty sure I was going to get the whip he was risking. (We were in non +1)

    Broski sparcy macy! I had 1 fight long time agooooo like ages maybe decades, and i fought this guy with 100 ep and he was targ i had a sarasword and 56 mage and we were dming and i killed him WITH 100 ep and HE WAS TARGET and i got a 600k loot.... ma gawd was i pissed.

    Whip was removed from drop tables a looonnnng time ago lol.. On June 16, 2009, a PvP world update was introduced, removing the Abyssal whip from the PvP drop tables as well as making it more likely to lose a whip in PvP.
